I cannot find any info on this RCA MI-10803 Modulated Carrier Oscillator I have. Was it possibly used to modulate CW? THe only reference that came even close was for the AT-3 transmitter.

    Any guesses? :icon_crazy:

Is it really old like maybe back from the late 1930's or early 1940's?

It sounds more like an FM transmitter and maybe something Edwin Armstrong was involved in when he worked for RCA until David Sarnoff killed the project and screwed him like he did so many others. Either that or it might be a later FM transmitter RCA made at some point, but maybe before 1945.

Does it have any frequencies listed on it like between 42Mc to 50Mc ? I could be completely wrong, but the name "Modulated Carrier Oscillator" sure sounds like FM.
