LTspice tube models for RF ?

    Can anybody point me to some RF tube models for use with LTspice? About all I can find with GOOGLE is stuff for audio :icon_eh:

    Everything is already there within the spice program except for tubes with parameters and directives. The tube symbols are there, they just don't provide the simulator with any information.

    Just review the stuff on Duncan's Amp Pages on how to do it. It doesn't really matter whether it's AF or RF. You can just modify one of the audio models into an RF circuit.

    OK, yeah, I saw those...but passed them by. Got a bunch from some guys overseas. I'll take another look.

    Below is a collection of 49 tube spice directive files (.inc files). Most are for audio tubes, but there are a few RF tubes in there too like the 6146 code. What you do is copy them into the same folder as the .asc files then just add them to the schematic.



    All you have to do is learn how to insert them into the schematic and then create your own when one is not available and the ones for PSpice will work with LTspice just fine. Sometimes you have to clean up the formatting though.
